A Safari That Covered My Soul in Sunshine

“Africa changes you forever, like nowhere on earth. Once you have been there, you will never be the same. But how do you begin to describe its magic to someone who has never felt it? How can you explain the fascination of this vast, dusty continent, whose oldest roads are elephant paths? Could it be because Africa is the place of all our beginnings, the cradle of mankind, where our species first stood upright on the savannah's of long ago?"

"There is a romance to Africa. You can see a sunset and believe you have witnessed the hand of God. You watch the slow lope of a lioness and forget to breathe. You marvel at the tripod of a giraffe bent to water. In Africa, there are iridescent blues on the wings of birds that you do not see anywhere else in nature. When you are in Africa, you feel primordial, rocked in the cradle of the world."

My biggest lesson from Africa is that life's joys come from slowing down & accepting a peaceful heart as your default way of living.

True happiness comes not from material things, but from connection.

Connection to yourself, to something greater, to nature, to animals, and to the relationships that make you feel whole.. that make you feel seen and loved and that ultimately connect you to your Divine Self… just the way God created you to be.

Have you connected to the divinity inside of you?

If I could give one piece of advice to ANYONE in the world it would be that.. to find the divinity that God placed in each of us.

Your Divine Self is who you are at your core…your real and whole self.

Your divinity is your gateway to freedom… your ticket to happiness… your key to bliss.

Once you connect to this part of you, your life will change as you know it.

You will see the beauty in all things, and see that the world is filled with eternal love, beauty, & limitless possibilities.

You'll realize that what you dream of can be your actual reality.

Listen closely to your heart. What is it telling you? What dreams do you have? What do you want to create?

It's time to rewrite your story… to forget the internal & external limitations we've been taught, and rewire your thoughts to move you closer into the person you were born to become.

You have the power. At any moment you can decide to make a change. You can decide you want to show up differently.

You can choose to start fresh and live a life you're crazy about.


Your freedom is out there. Just waiting for you to claim it.
