How to connect with your Soul Power

There is nothing more profound, more healing, more empowering than an authentic encounter with the soul.

The biggest misconception we have when manifesting is thinking what we need to reach our desires is outside ourselves.

We spend most of our time looking to external sources (money, relationships, our body/looks, social media followers, etc) to bring us what we want, and we forget the power we hold within.

We forget about our Soul Power.   

Your Soul Power is the spark we are all born with. It’s the truest & most authentic expression of who you are; it’s who God created you to be, your connection to the Divine, your intuition, your heart, your highest self, highest potential and your eternal peace & happiness.

We often put our dreams on hold or think they are unrealistic due to societal pressures. We become planted in a non-expansive reality and lose sight of the dreams and aspirations we set for ourselves.

In order to manifest the life we truly want, we have to let go of who society says we “should be” and have the courage to do things differently.

…To surrender into into the unknown and trust the Universe will catch us. 

…To stop believing the stories that tell us we aren’t good enough to be who we want to be…and start embodying the woman you were born to be, the woman you are becoming and that deep down you have always been. 

It's time to play BIG.

Close your eyes, and envision who/what/where makes up your perfect world… if you could rub a golden lamp right this minute, what 3 wishes would your genie grant you?

Allow that vision to fill up your heart space, until you feel so moved by the energy, that it’s as if you’re sitting in that life as we speak.

• That’s the feeling you want to revisit time and time again. 

• That's the life you want to embody every single day, as if it’s already yours. (What habits did she put into place to get there, how does she live, how does she think, how does she show up in the world? – BE HER) 

When you are deeply aligned to your vision, to your truest expression, to your Soul Power, the universe will bring you the opportunities & people to fulfill your purpose and become who you were created to be.

…And any time you are doubting that, or having a hard day, or a hard moment, take a deep breath, close your eyes, put your hand on your heart and pull forward your vision…

Connect to your Soul Power and remember who you are.
