Love Yourself Enough To Find Yourself

It’s been a while since I last wrote here, and I really miss it!

I've been focusing on getting my new membership up and running, and it’s shown me how much writing is a part of my happiness and purpose.

I’m very happy to be here with you today!

I just celebrated my 40th birthday on a beautiful solo trip to Costa Rica. I know it sounds crazy to want to spend the start of a brand new decade alone, but it's what my soul asked for.

Now, I know why.

I’ve traveled alone many times before, but this trip was difficult for me.

While I was beyond grateful to be in this little slice of heaven, I was taken deep within my heart to heal the parts of me that were still buried beneath a fear of becoming who I came here to be.

It can be scary to face our brokenness, yet it's through our cracks that the light can enter.

When we zoom out, we see that everything—the bad, the good, and the ugly—are all here to move us forward…to help us grow into a more expanded version of our own divinity.

As we heal, we become conduits of positive energy & vibrations… which is the purest & greatest gift we can give humanity. ✨🫶🏻🌈

While this trip wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows (though there was a lot of that!), it changed me.

It showed me how dark and light can coexist - how beauty and pain can intertwine to reveal a higher perspective, a Higher Self.

These eclipse energies are no joke. They are extremely potent, powerful & transformative, and can be used to transmute negative energies that are stuck within… taking you straight into your next level self.

Embrace whatever is coming up and believe it’s for a reason...

Take it from a girl whose soul was in complete shambles, only 8 years ago, after losing her best friend and mother…from a girl who spent the first half of her life burying her fears under alcohol, toxic relationships, extreme dieting, false personalities, and a deep-rooted need for validation from a society that told her this is how she would belong.

The light that appears on the other side of your shadows is worth reaching for in every moment.
