Welcome to the Year of Truth – a year that asks us to embrace who we truly are.
…a call to come back to the core of your creation and to the dreams & desires that resonate with the deepest parts of your being.
You may be saying, “Sounds great Jess, but how?”
We think it would be simple, since it is after all our own truth… how we were created to be… however, overtime we've become increasingly bogged down with societal pressures that may have us feeling stuck, resistant & disconnected.
Let's change that, shall we?
Imagine there is a flame inside of you…become aware of the part of you that gets excited when you hear good news…when you feel those butterflies dancing in your belly…maybe before seeing someone special or going on vacation.
That feeling is your Divine Flame. Your soul. Your guiding light. ~ And every time you follow it, it gets bigger and bigger & burns brighter and brighter.
5 simple ways to ignite your flame & connect back to your truth.
- Get into nature. Put your feet directly on the Earth herself to help you ground, align, and harmonize your nervous system.
- Commit to uncovering the cycles & patterns that are no longer serving the life you wish to create, then ask the Universe/God/Source to show you how to heal.
- Try out new things, step out of your comfort zone, and do more of what makes you feel good (and less of what doesn't).
- Find a modality that puts you in a higher state of being (ie.dancing, working out, breath work, hiking, meditation, etc), eat vibrant foods that bring you life force (anything whole, organic, made from the ground or had a mother).
- …and most importantly have more fun!
When you stand firmly in your joy & align with your natural state, you become a magnet for the opportunities, people and experiences that will guide you into aligned abundance… in ALL areas… not just monetary.
If the thought of healing & transforming overwhelms you or brings up some fear… it's ok.
You are not alone.

Give yourself grace as you make changes & allow the thought of new possibilities fill you with hope.
