The universe is inviting us to reflect and release the things that are no longer serving our highest good.

Why is it that we often hold on to things, relationships, jobs, and even bad habits that are secretly sabotaging us, and blocking us from elevating?

Because, for the most part, we fear the unknown. We fear if we let go, then we may lose a piece of ourselves and not know how to move forward.

But sometimes the destruction of the old is necessary to bring in the new… To activate a fresh start that is more aligned with who we are and who we are becoming.

I often ask myself:

Is the unknown more scary than staying exactly where I am?

Is taking the risk worth the reward of what may lie on the other side of this fear?

By being honest with ourselves and turning to our heart, intuition and a higher power to guide us, we will find our answer.

How do you recognize what is no longer serving you?

• You have a burdened, heavy feeling… you feel a “pit” or a tug in your stomach.

• It no longer brings you joy or meaning.

• You start feeling empty, drained or uninspired.

• You find that it doesn’t align with your desired path

• It’s moving you further, not closer to your dreams, peace, content & happiness

By closing the door to what no longer serves you, you’ll open up space for better things to enter your life…for the people, places & things that truly set your soul on fire 🔥

The more you put this into action, the better your life gets.

Let go of the uninspiring and draining energy in your life.

Push back against your fears and doubts.

Give it all you got.

Then one day you'll wake up, look around, and see you’re surrounded by only the purity of your heart’s deepest desires & most aligned creations.
