Hi, beautiful.
I am talking to you today.
I don't know if you can hear the waves in the background, but I'm at the ocean.
And I just wanted to come on and just do a quick note to send you love into your upcoming
week and give you a little tip. Something that I've been doing lately that has really
helped me to just surrender more and have more positivity in my life to be able to follow
the light more. And what I've been doing is, every single morning, when I wake up, right,
I've been deciding on what kind of day I want to have. You know, I allow myself to envision
I hope for, but really just how I want to feel because our lives are guided by how we
feel, right?
Our emotions, we often take action from our emotions.
And so this week you can set an intention to allow yourself to hear your emotions, right?
to feel your emotions, to understand your emotions more,
and to know that the power is really all in your hands,
right, because we can always choose
which direction we wanna go, right?
Every single moment is just made up.
Our every single part of our lives
is just made up of different choices, right?
And sometimes we're making choices from our heart
and sometimes we're making choices from our doubt, right?
From our mind, from our ego.
But if we can take a little bit of time
before just reacting or before making a choice
to come back into center and to align with our hearts
and let our hearts guide us instead of our heads, right?
We can have much better days.
And so every single morning you can wake up
and you can simply say, "How do I want to feel today?"
And even if it's just one word, right?
Or one thing, like, "I just wanna feel more joy today."
Or, "I just wanna feel more clarity today."
Maybe you're going through something
some clarity. When you speak that out into the world, right into the universe, into the
divine intelligence that is always all around us, then you will bring in the support, right?
Then you're supported by the energies. If we think about everything in our lives is simply
energy, right? Energy, E motion, right? Energy in motion. So our emotions are energy. So if we can
tune in more to our emotions, if we can let them flow, right? Even if they are negative,
you know, whether you're journaling out your negative thoughts, anything you can do to
to release them without projecting them right into the world or onto your loved ones or
what have you, you know, to your coworkers.
You know, we've all been there where we are having some hard emotions within and we end
up like snapping at somebody, you know, or we say something that we don't mean and it's
It's not because we don't care or we don't love them or anything like that.
It's just that we're built up with so many emotions and sometimes they don't come out
at the right time or in the right way because we're not fully processing them on our own.
We have to feel it to heal it.
I know that's so cliche, but it's so true.
I've just been going through this journey so much, you know,
of just being able to feel even the heart emotions,
because if you keep feeling them and you let them out,
then the energy literally goes through you
and they can't control you anymore,
and that is how we take back our power.
Every time you are feeling your emotions
and giving your emotions a voice,
you're creating a miracle in your life, right?
So I just, that's what wanted to come through today.
And I just wanted to let you guys know
that we have more power than we think.
And it's something that I talk about all the time
is just making better choices that are better aligned
to where we wanna go instead of to where we don't wanna go.
Like life can be that simple.
I'm not saying it's easy, but it can be simple.
And if you just take it one moment at a time, you know, it can work miracles in your life.
It helps you to just be a more positive person.
And so wake up tomorrow and before you get going on your day, before you look at your
phone, before you check your emails, before, maybe even before you get out of bed, maybe
you're just lying in bed with your eyes so closed and you're just thinking, okay,
How do I want to feel today?
You know, what would make this day really great?
What would make this day a win for me?
What is something I could do today that would make me proud?
And just keep it simple.
And when you have that as your morning thought, then every single thing that happens throughout
your day, you can come back to that and you can realign yourself, right?
Even in those moments that you might feel frustrated or annoyed or what have you, you
can remind yourself of your own truth and you can take back your power in that moment
and create a miracle in your life.
So that's the message for this week.
